Black Vinyl 3LP Set, Triple Gatefold Jacket

Jackpot Records gathers every Christmas recording James Brown made between 1966 and 1970 onto three LPs, one for each of his holiday albums: Christmas Songs from 1966, A Soulful Christmas from 1968 and Hey America from 1970. Single edits and sing-along versions cut around those sessions close out the second and third records.

Kevin Gray mastered and cut the set at Cohearent Audio, working from high-resolution sources. The three discs are pressed on black vinyl and housed in a triple gatefold jacket that reproduces the original album artwork, with liner notes by Alan Leeds, who served as Brown's publicist and tour manager.

The running order follows The Complete James Brown Christmas, first issued as a double CD by Hip-O-Select on October 12, 2010, which introduced stereo sing-along versions of "Hey America" and "Santa Claus Is Definitely Here To Stay" that had not been released before. The 1966 album at the start of the set was recorded at King Studios in Cincinnati on October 17-19 and issued by King Records that November; it later reached No. 13 on Billboard's Best Bets For Christmas chart in December 1967.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

Tracking & Safe Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery to a secure location.

Evergreen Vinyl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping address where deliveries can be received safely.

Used Records & Grading Expectations

Used records are graded carefully and honestly, but they are not perfect.

• Please retain all original packaging, including the outer box and packing materials

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (if a return is required).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.
