The indie retail exclusive pressing of Life on limited edition gold vinyl, issued in November 2021 by BMG and Mute. Mute's notes call it the album's first vinyl reissue since its original release. It is a single LP in a standard sleeve, pressed at GZ Media.
Life is Inspiral Carpets' debut album, released on April 23, 1990 on Cow Records through Mute. Recorded at Out of the Blue in September 1989 and produced by the band with Nick Garside, it reached No. 2 on the UK albums chart and was certified gold. This Is How It Feels, a UK No. 14, was their first top 40 single, and She Comes in the Fall followed at No. 27.
The lineup is Tom Hingley on vocals, Graham Lambert on guitar, Clint Boon on organ and backing vocals, Martyn Walsh on bass and Craig Gill on drums. Mute describes the band as one of the main components of the Madchester movement; they released three more albums on Cow before splitting in 1995.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
