Remastered 180-Gram Black Vinyl 2LP

This 2LP edition of Out of Exile carries a new remaster by Levi Seitz of Black Belt Mastering, cut to two 180-gram black discs. Interscope dates the reissue June 12, 2026. The twelve songs run three to a side, so "Your Time Has Come" opens side A and "The Curse" closes side D.

Out of Exile is the second studio album by Audioslave: Chris Cornell on vocals, Tom Morello on guitar, Tim Commerford on bass and Brad Wilk on drums. Rick Rubin produced it with the band. Sessions ran from July 2004 to January 2005 at Cello Studios, Sunset Sound and other Los Angeles rooms. Cornell wrote all the lyrics and the four members are credited with all the music. Epic and Interscope first released it in May 2005. It sold 263,000 copies in its first week, entered the Billboard 200 at number one (the only Audioslave album to reach the top spot) and was later certified platinum by the RIAA.

Three singles came from the album: "Be Yourself," "Your Time Has Come" and "Doesn't Remind Me." The last was nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance at the 48th Grammy Awards. Three weeks before the album came out, the band played a free concert in Havana for an audience of 70,000. That made them the first American rock group to perform in Cuba, and many of these songs were played live there for the first time. The "Your Time Has Come" video was shot during that stay.
