Real to Reel is Tesla's sixth studio album, originally released June 5, 2007. The Sacramento hard rock band cut these covers of classic rock songs from the late '60s and early '70s directly to analog tape with vintage gear, taking on Deep Purple's "Space Truckin'," Thin Lizzy's "Bad Reputation," Led Zeppelin's "Thank You," and more. Vol 1 collects thirteen of those recordings.

This deluxe edition 2LP pressing arrives September 4, 2026 on the band's own Tesla Electric Co label.
