Originally released in March 1969, From Genesis to Revelation was the debut album by Genesis. This 2026 reissue is the first to be prepared with the approval of Tony Banks, Peter Gabriel, Anthony Phillips and Mike Rutherford, and features a new stereo mix by Stephen W. Tayler that foregrounds the band's performances over the original album's orchestral arrangements. The Double Vinyl edition adds a bonus 45rpm 12-inch EP with new mixes of 'A Winter's Tale', 'One Eyed Hound' and 'Image Blown Out' plus the previously unreleased 'Visions of Angels'. The album is also available as a 2CD digipak and as a deluxe 4CD + Blu-ray box set. The box set adds the remastered original mono and stereo LP mixes, associated singles, a disc of 1967-68 demos, new 5.1 Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos mixes on Blu-ray, bonus video of Banks, Gabriel and Rutherford in conversation at AIR Studios, and a 68-page illustrated book.
