Converge are a hardcore and metal band from Salem, Massachusetts, formed in 1990 and led by vocalist Jacob Bannon and guitarist Kurt Ballou. Across records including Jane Doe and Axe to Fall they have been a defining presence in heavy music for three decades. Hum Of Hurt is released through Deathwish Inc, the label co-founded by Bannon.
