All the Light in the World is a collaborative album from saxophonist Colin Stetson and piper Brìghde Chaimbeul, joining Stetson's circular-breathing, multiphonic approach to the saxophone with Chaimbeul's Scottish small pipes. The result drifts between drone, ritual and cinematic expanse. Stetson is known for his solo records and film scores including Hereditary and The Menu; Chaimbeul, rooted in the Gaelic tradition of the Isle of Skye, has drawn international acclaim for her minimalist reimaginings of Celtic folk.
