The original two-inch multitracks were located in 2020 in the Sunset Sound archive in Hollywood, where the album had been mixed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Super Deluxe edition rebuilds the album across five CDs and a Blu-ray, with 92 previously unreleased tracks and mixes. The remastered album is joined by eleven Pete Townshend demos, ten of them newly mixed by Townshend and eight previously unreleased; a disc of tracking sessions and outtakes from Ramport and Shepperton, including a jam with Nicky Hopkins; and a disc of early mixes and guide vocals, four new acoustic stripped mixes, and live tracks from Houston and Madison Square Garden. The fifth CD carries Who Put The Boot In, the Vetch Field, Swansea concert of 12 June 1976.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Blu-ray holds Townshend's new Dolby Atmos, 5.1 and 2026 stereo mixes of the album, plus the previously unreleased film of the band at Metropolitan Stadium, Pontiac, Michigan, on 6 December 1975, a show that drew 76,896 people and was shot on two-inch videotape for the in-venue screens.
