The back of the sleeve is dedicated to the memory of Dolores O'Riordan, who died in January 2018; the band had announced the anniversary edition that March, and its release was delayed until later in the year following her death.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEverybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We? was The Cranberries' debut album, released by Island in 1993. Stephen Street, whose earlier credits include the Smiths and Morrissey, produced it, and it was recorded at Windmill Lane in Dublin and Surrey Sound in Leatherhead. O'Riordan traced the title to the thought that \"Elvis wasn't always Elvis,\" and that a band from anywhere could reach the same kind of success.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe album reached No. 1 in the UK and Ireland and No. 18 on the Billboard 200.
