It was the only cover issued in every format, and the one vinyl version sold without a stated limit. The double gatefold jacket has its own front and back art, a full-size photograph of Swift, and a fold-out panel with one of her poems on one side and a strip of four photos on the other. Each vinyl variant carries a different poem; together they make up the album's prologue.

Swift's twelfth studio album came out on Republic Records on October 3, 2025.
