The pair served as associate producers, engineered the sessions and handled the Moog programming, bringing their custom TONTO synthesizer into the work, and they went on to collaborate with Wonder on his next three albums. Sessions took place at Mediasound and Electric Lady in New York and at Crystal Industries in Los Angeles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMusic of My Mind reached No. 6 on Billboard's R\u0026amp;B albums chart and No. 21 on the pop albums chart. \"Superwoman (Where Were You When I Needed You)\" was issued as the first single on April 25, 1972, reaching No. 13 R\u0026amp;B and No. 33 pop, and \"Keep On Running\" followed in August. In 2020 Rolling Stone placed the album at No. 350 on its list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
