Matias Téllez and Kato Ådland produced it, and it was recorded across nine studios. Sean O'Hagan of The High Llamas wrote the string arrangements, played by the Stockholm Studio Orchestra. Guest players include Solveig Wang on clarinet, Jonas Hamre on saxophone, Ole Morten Vågan on upright bass and Emil Bø on trombone, and Lerche's longtime band members Dave Heilman (drums) and Chris Holm (bass) also appear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe album's notes describe its subject as finding love in dystopian times of global unrest. \"Falling in love feels more and more like an act of defiance,\" Lerche has said.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"Little Kids,\" the lead single, came with a video directed by Lea Meyer; Lerche has said it was the first time in his career he felt compelled to make a video that visualized elements of the lyrics.
