Thirteen songs run six on Side A and seven on Side B.

Snocaps is the first full-length album by Snocaps, the band formed by twin sisters Katie Crutchfield, who records as Waxahatchee, and Allison Crutchfield of Swearin', with MJ Lenderman and producer Brad Cook. ANTI- released it digitally as a surprise on October 31, 2025. It is the first music the sisters have recorded together since their earlier band PS Eliot split, and Allison's first new music in seven years. Katie has written that the two first discussed the project in 2023, before Waxahatchee's Tigers Blood, wanting to make "something akin to what we made when we were younger," with "no ambitions and no plan."

The four recorded the album with Cook over the course of a week. Cook produced and also plays bass, drums and organ; Lenderman plays electric guitar on every track along with 12-string, acoustic guitar, bass and drums; Allison sings most of the lead vocals and plays drums, guitar, organ and bass; Katie sings lead and harmony and plays acoustic and electric guitar. Lola Crutchfield sings lead on the closing "Coast II." Pitchfork included the record in its "11 New Albums You Should Listen to Now" on release, and it reached No. 17 on the UK Album Downloads chart and No. 19 on the UK Americana Albums chart.

Tracklist

Side A

Coast

Heathcliff

Wasteland

Brand New City

Hide

Cherry Hard Candy

Side B

Avalanche

Doom

Over Our Heads

Angel Wings

I Don't Want To

You In Rehab

Coast II

*** Indie Exclusive ***

UPC: 045778815302
Label: Anti
Release Date: 4.17.26
Format: Vinyl
