It is an AWAL release, co-executive produced by Mustafa and Dylan Wiggins, whose production credits include Rosalia. After years of writing, producing and playing much of his own material, Rex began letting collaborators into his process in 2024. Of the old approach he has said, \"The more minds in the room making decisions? That equaled confusion for me.\" Of the new one: \"To let people in is to let them take the thing out of you as well.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eContributors include Turnstile's Brendan Yates, Blood Orange's Dev Hynes, Daniel Caesar, Mustafa, dexter in the newsagent and Jockstrap's Taylor Skye.
