Reggie Noble, born in Newark, New Jersey, arrived by way of EPMD's Hit Squad: Erick Sermon brought him onstage at an EPMD show in 1990, and he made his recorded debut that year on EPMD's Business as Usual, on \"Hardcore\" and \"Brothers on My Jock.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSermon produced most of the album with Redman as co-producer, and served as executive producer. Redman produced the interludes and the \"Blow Your Mind\" remix on his own, and Pete Rock co-produced \"How to Roll a Blunt.\" Recording ran from 1991 into 1992 at Ian London in East Islip, North Shore Soundworks in Commack and Power Play in New York City. DJ Scratch is featured on \"So Ruff,\" and Sermon raps on \"Watch Yo Nuggets.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe album reached No. 49 on the Billboard 200 and No. 5 on the Top R\u0026amp;B\/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and the RIAA certified it gold in June 1993. \"Blow Your Mind\" and \"Time 4 Sum Aksion\" both went to No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart, and \"Tonight's da Night\" reached No. 20 there.
