Among the most sampled bands of all time, the Wild Magnolias have been drawn on by everyone from Nas to Public Enemy to the Jungle Brothers. Championed by critic Robert Christgau as \"the most boisterous recorded party I know,\" it is a cornerstone of New Orleans funk.
