Bob Ezrin co-produced with Gilmour, Andy Jackson engineered, and Michael Kamen arranged the strings. Gilmour and Richard Wright wrote most of the music, and Polly Samson co-wrote most of the lyrics, which deal with themes of communication.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWright sings lead on \"Wearing the Inside Out,\" his first lead vocal on a Pink Floyd album since The Dark Side of the Moon.
