It follows Farmhouse and precedes Undermind, and it peaked at No. 46 on the Billboard 200.

Bryce Goggin produced, recorded and mixed the album at The Barn in Vermont, Trey Anastasio's studio, over four days across two weekends: October 5, 6, 18 and 19, 2002. The sessions were initially intended as rehearsals for the band's New Year's Eve show at Madison Square Garden, the concert that ended a two-year hiatus, and the finished album was taken from those unedited run-throughs. The band's own notes credit that origin with the record's loose, live feel and its extended takes of "Pebbles And Marbles," "Seven Below," "Walls Of The Cave" and "Waves." Mixing was completed at The Barn and at Trout Recording in Brooklyn.

Most of the songs were written by Anastasio with Tom Marshall; Mike Gordon contributed the title track and "Mock Song," and sings lead on both. Page McConnell shares lead vocals on "Seven Below" and "Waves." Phish performed "46 Days" on Saturday Night Live on December 14, 2002, days after the album came out. The cover sculpture and art direction are by Lars Fisk. The album is dedicated to the memory of Scott Schertzer and Michael Houser.

Tracklist

Side A

Pebbles And Marbles

Anything But Me

Round Room

Side B

Mexican Cousin

Friday

Seven Below

Mock Song

Side C

46 Days

All Of These Dreams

Walls Of The Cave

Side D

Thunderhead

Waves

Complete the Collection of 10:

Click here to buy Lawn Boy

Click here to buy Billy Breathes

Click here to buy A Live One

Click here to buy LP on LP 04: "Ghost" 5/22/2000

Click here to buy New Year's Eve 1993, Live At Worcester Centrum

Click here to buy New Year's Eve 1995, Live At Madison Square Garden

UPC: 850014859398
Label: Jemp Records
Release Date: 2.2.24
Format: Vinyl

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0718/8801/1422/files/RRPDGLP23A_2e4a929f-37cb-448b-9a02-8b0f399c3a44.jpg?v=1791588196
