Bernie Grundman, who once worked for Contemporary himself, cut the lacquers with all-analog mastering from the original tapes. It is pressed on 180-gram vinyl at Quality Record Pressings and housed in an old-style tip-on jacket printed by Stoughton.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe jacket follows the 1959 Contemporary original, with catalog number CR00596 on the front. The back carries Nat Hentoff's liner notes from September 1959 and the original session details.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTomorrow Is the Question!, subtitled The New Music of Ornette Coleman!, was Coleman's second album. Contemporary released it in 1959, and it was his last album for the label before he moved to Atlantic. Lester Koenig produced it, and Roy DuNann engineered it at Contemporary's studio in Los Angeles. Craft's own notes call it an \"emphatic, pianoless\" record. Coleman plays alto saxophone and wrote every piece. Don Cherry is on trumpet and Shelly Manne on drums.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe two sides come from different sessions with different bassists. Percy Heath plays on Side 1, which was recorded in a single session on the night of March 9 to 10, 1959. Red Mitchell plays on Side 2: \"Lorraine\" was recorded on January 16, and \"Turnaround\" and \"Endless\" on February 23. The album generally received better press than Coleman's debut, Something Else!!!!.
