Hegarty, one of the first artists signed to Communion, took the songs to Nashville to record with the production duo Foreign Fields, first for two weeks and then for a further five to make the record. He told American Songwriter at the time that the production process was very fluid and that the album had taken a few steps back from Other Rivers.

The cover reproduces Ben Risk's painting "Site of Special Interest." In that same interview Hegarty singled out "On A Midnight Street," "Elijah" and "Glacier" from the record. A reworked acoustic version, Temple Unplugged, made with producer Ian Grimble, followed in December 2016.

Tracklist

Side A

Graveyard Parade

On A Midnight Street

Temple

Elijah

Modern World

Old Master

Side B

Mirrors

Can't You See

Gutter Heart

Glacier

When The Light Hits The Water

UPC: 5060148573649
Label: Communion Music
Release Date: 5.6.16
Format: Vinyl

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0718/8801/1422/files/3000x3000bb_5686a773-ac1f-49d5-83d9-b47a5804dec7.jpg?v=1791877179
