Takanaka produced it and recorded across three locations: Westlake Studios in Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro with Brazilian musicians, and the Polydor studio in Izu. The label describes a record shaped by Latin music.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRyuichi Sakamoto plays keyboards and the string ensemble. The rhythm sections include drummers Jeff Porcaro, James Gadson and Wilson das Neves, bassist Abraham Laboriel and percussionist Paulinho Da Costa, with Greg Phillinganes on keyboards. Two covers sit among the originals: Benny Golson's \"I Remember Clifford\" and \"Star Wars Samba,\" built on John Williams' theme.
