Makoto Matsushita arranged it and played its electric guitar parts, and it was his first work as a sound producer; Fujimaru Yoshino contributed two songs. The album first returned to CD through the Light Mellow's Picks series with Tower Records, and later to vinyl.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore the album, Yamane won a prize in 1979 at the Yamaha Music Foundation's contest for young singers and made her debut the same year with the single \"Gozen Reiji.\" She later sang on Yoko Kanno's music for Cowboy Bebop, including \"The Real Folk Blues,\" and has recorded under the name a-sha since 2011.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe title song found a new audience with the rise of interest in city pop from 2017, when it was sampled by future funk artists among others. In 2019 Pierre Bourne, Young Nudy and Playboi Carti built the track \"Pissy Pamper\" on it; the song was never officially released because the sample could not be cleared.
