It was pressed at Precision Record Pressing and co-released by The Reverberation Appreciation Society (RVRB-116) and Greenway Records (GWY-110). Each gatefold jacket is foil-numbered out of 1,500 and wrapped in an obi strip, with expanded artwork by Jordan Warren that adds a new cover, an inner gatefold spread of studio photographs and printed inner sleeves.

LP 1 holds the original eleven-track album. LP 2 gathers what the obi calls eleven never-before-heard demos, and the label's notes say the band remixed and sequenced that disc to play as a standalone listen. Two of its songs, "Eye Candy" and "Bonehead," did not make the finished album. The liner notes date every recording. The earliest is the drum-machine demo of "Eye Candy," cut at the band's practice space on February 16, 2023, while "Trash Classic (Original Jam)" was taped at Tiny Telephone on April 7, 2024, with Maryam and Harry joining the band on synths and drum machines; parts of that jam went into the final title track. The notes also give working titles: "Eye Candy" began as "Shiny Robot," "Total Reset" as "Lay Down," "Eggs Laid Brain" as "Captain Howdy" and the title track as "Kathleen."

Trash Classic is the band's eighth studio album, first issued on June 6, 2025. Maryam Qudus produced it with band members Josh Menashe and Dylan Sizemore, and Nick Townsend mastered it. The band grew to a five-piece for these sessions, bringing Jon Madaff back on synthesizer rather than drums. The album reached No. 7 on the UK Rock & Metal Albums chart and No. 15 on UK Independent Albums, and AllMusic called it the band's "most purely pleasurable release to date."

Tracklist

LP 1

Channel Rot

T.V.
