Dave Lombardo, whose drumming record runs through Slayer, Testament, Mr. Bungle and Suicidal Tendencies, plays drums throughout. The idea for the band had been around for years before the album existed. Wikipedia notes it was first described as a grindcore project.

Vennart, Neil and Adam Noble produced the record, with Noble also engineering and mixing, and Lombardo produced his own drum tracks.
