It was Astrud Gilberto's second album under her own name, coming after The Astrud Gilberto Album earlier that year and a year after her recorded debut on \"The Girl from Ipanema\" with Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto. Creed Taylor produced it, Don Sebesky, Claus Ogerman and Joao Donato wrote the arrangements, and the album peaked at number 66 on the Billboard 200.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe songs mix mid-1960s pop with Brazilian material. Johnny Mandel and Paul Francis Webster's title song was first heard in the 1965 film The Sandpiper and went on to win the Oscar.
